The close ups of those make them look pretty neat! But I am afraid if I stare into their eyes too long will they steal my soul. I think I like classic Bats and Batgirl the best.

I like them, and I would like to have a set at some point, but the price point is what is keeping me at bay.
And, I didn't realize how small they would be. That comparison shot next to the DCIH Batman makes me realize how easily they would get lost in my house.

Supposedly Nightwing is supposed to be a secret figure- and in Japan these are being blind boxed- (look on ebay-- packaging is different) so be careful where you order from you might not get a full set in a case of 8--
I like the style-- picked up the nightwing at my store (so much for chase as there were equal numbers of him as everything else)- but I will probably grab the other seven from ebay since people were selling sets of those cheaper..
As far as the size for the price-- Kubricks run the same price as these as far as imports go (most Places Cosbabys are cheaper)- so you are getting more bang for your buck as far as I am concerned.
Guess US importers are finally understanding that US buyers hate the whole secret idea (they just did the same thing with the Kotobukiya Star Wars Magnets- where Ackbar was the blind boxed 1 in 3 cases secret chase piece from series 4- now you can just pick him up on a blister card in Target.)
Now if only they could get SW Kubricks to follow that trend- unboxed chases would be nice (especially since those run 200 a pop)

Thanks for the heads up on the blind box/chase figures and ebay. I generally don't buy into many import toys due to cost, but if there is a good deal on a set I may just go ahead and get them.
On that note, does anyone know if there is a wave 2 in the works, wither for domestic or international release?

Not sure mainly because Cosbabys are kind of like Kubricks--
they already did a Disney Series, a POTC series, , A vs. P - and I think there are a couple others scheduled-Edward Scissorhands, Planet of the Apes not news of another Batman yet though--
these are Hot Toys products - and usually carried by Sideshow Toys as well.

And of course beacuse these are batman they are about a 1.50 more than normal.

I like those and of course I'll get Nightwing..
Batgirl and Batman are cool too. Actually those are all pretty neat.
The Robin reminds me of my son.

These are going to be distributed through DC as part of the DC Direct line right?

Yes they are! In fact, that's how PJ got his via the comic shop -- see the DC Direct on the photo of the cardback.
