I just broke out my original series dvds the other day and it made me wish that there were DCD animated figures of the original BTAS designs. I haven't bought a single DCD since the Mcguinness figures, but would definitely get every animated version. Especially since DCD is on such a kick about doing figures in specific artist styles, this would fit like a glove. My first wave would consist of:
Batman
Two Face
Mr. Freeze
Joker
And please don't say "I wouldn't want these... my Kenner ones are just fine". These are a completely different animal kenner/mattel figures.
I really wish DCD was able to do 'em.

So are you asking for DCD's 6"-ish size or are you wanting them to "pick up the ball" where Kenner left off?
Not sure I understand what it is you are looking for that isn't already out there?

Sorry, I thought it was implied that I wanted DCD 6" scale BTAS figures... really no point in them doing a 4 inch line.

I'd be on board as long as they didn't just do a wave or so and stop. I'd want an ongoing line that would go through B:TAS, S:TAS, TNB/SA and BB.
Obviously in this price and scale it would be mostly core characters (nothing like Mattel's JLU line).
I'd say JL/JLU as well but I'm not sure how that would fit in with Mattel and the license they have.

I have the Kenner/Hasbro figures, but will still buy them even if they were 4" just as long as they weren't as thin as the Superman vs Doomsday animated figures DCD put out last year.

I would love it, I can always use more TIMM-esque figures, I would hope they would do Superman/LEX/ Lois/VILLAIN.

The "original" BTAS designs? No. 6" figures based on TNBA? Sure.
