I thought I saw in Toyfare all those Hal Jordan figures in the different ring costumes. Were those exclusives at the con?

Yes, from DC Direct. $20 each, I believe, and limited to 1,500 pieces each. One color was sold each day if I'm not mistaken.

Slight corrections to Chip's answer.
There were 3000 of the Hal as Green Lantern. 1500 of the other 4 colors. Were sold at Comic Con 09 a different one each day. Made by DCD, sold through the Graffiti Designs booth at the show.
All figures, all 5 days sold out before the end of the show.
This was the 2nd year for DCD to do Con exclusives. Last year they did an exclusive deco on a Batman and Joker figure.
