Would love to see a shot of it with the hair down outside the package. So does the hair just twist into position?

Yeah - it just pops-off and pops back on again! Like most "action figures" it's mounted with a square peg into the head. In this case, not glued into place. I was chatting with DC Direct's design director and Ame-Comi co-designer Jim Fletcher at ToyFair, and he said they never meant it to be reversible, but it was a solution to get it to fit in the existing packaging profile and they decided to make it a "feature"! Cool eh?
