Remember the Caramilk commercial that asked how they got the Caramel into the chocolate bar? Well I've been staring at the History of the DCU figs and I can't figure out how, because of the harder plastic (which seems to differ greatly from the usual plastic used in DCD figs), they were able to get the joint pins in. Can anyone explain the process to me? Thanks.

My guess is that they would do it while the plastic is still warm and malleable, but I don't have any real knowledge of DCD's production process so its only conjecture ...
