And DC Direct doesn't even sell their own exclusives at the show. They aren't set up for it. All DC Direct exclusives are sold through the Graffiti Booth and there (based on past cons) won't be any left over to sell elsewhere.

If you want one and you can't get to a con try to hook up with someone here who is going and will try for one for you or head on over to ebay.

Damn, that does really suck. I want that battle damaged Batman......now I need to find someone who is going. What would be the best way to do that?
