Could someone find out for me.....when the Ame-Comi statue of Raven will be out? Also who will be with her? I love this line....and I can't read the cards....It looks like there is a card next to Raven, but no one is there. Could someone tell me? Along with better pictures of the Ame-Comi statues and the busts? I would love to see Harley Quinn and Dove! Thanks!

The 13-Inch Ross Batman looks better that the original solicits, which is no surprise for DC Direct. I still need a closer, clearer picture to really get a good look at the head sculpt though.

The 13-Inch KC Superman looks nice and it looks like DCD finally fixed the Superman trunk issue.

Still, my only DC Direct pre-order right now is the 13-Inch Alan Scott, which looks fine, but I am just not as excited about it as I was when it was first announced.

I wish I collected statues; there are some nice ones on display.

It's never too late to start TRDouble. But once you do start, don't be surprised when they start taking over ever inch of mantle, shelf, or display space you have.

I liquidated everything I had (with the exception of the Sandman bookends) a few years back. Original Sandman, Lobo, Batman, Swamp Thing, etc. etc. (not to mention all the non-DC stuff like the Limited Grendel Hunter Rose ...). With the profit on the first 3 or 4 and the loss on all the rest I think I ended up breaking even when it was all said and done.

there appears 2 be 2 alex ross figures in there, one of batman cape flapping and one of clark to superman. are these statues or figures or big dolls or what?

I have a few statues, but I cannot do statues and toys -- money & space -- so I stuck with toys, and even then it's tough, since I love clothed-wearing dollies, like Megos, DC Direct Deluxe 13-Inch, etc. I am contemplating a Christmas dump-off of most of my Sideshow Star Wars Sixth-Scale figures, at a definite loss, because I have nowhere to put them besides in a bigger box, in the attic or basement. My DC 13-Inch collection has backed up too, to where they just stay in the box. I may be dumping a load of MOC DC Direct as well. But more of my selling in another forum and at a later date


I know not of the panel in which you speak! Clark turning into Superman? These both sound like Alex Ross statues, either the full-sized or mini versions.

Those are smaller versions of previously released larger Alex Ross statues. These minis have already been released as well.

Wish I could get a better look at that Scarface figure. I can see he's in front of the Joker but he's being blocked by that Batman.

Cool! Thanks SD Comics! It looks like DC Direct took down the card that was next to Raven....and I already knew who was supposed to be next to her anyways.....Mera! On another website, I read the card that said who it was....and it is Mera who will come out with Raven in May 2011! Thanks again SD Comics!

I remember when DC Direct used to wow us with amazing action figures news during SDCC.

This time they hardly showed any new figures. I can't even think of one we haven't seen before.

I wish we get one more wave of Brightest Day figures with Zoom, Captain Boomerang, Barry Allen Flash and Maxwell Lord.

Heck. I wish we get a FLASH Wave soon.

They revealed two waves of Brightest Day figures almost right before the show. But I agree. They should have had something new for the show itself.
