I recently won a New Gods Superman on eBay. I opened him up yesterday and found he has two left hands. I have tried looking for a customer service number for DC Direct but have been unsuccessful. Does anyone have a contact number for them?

Is there anyway to fix this problem without having to find another Superman figure with which to swap hands?

I'm not sure you are going to have much luck since you bought it off ebay. DC Direct is just the manufacturer. You would need to go through Diamond Distributors and your local comic shop where you bought it, but since you didn't but it through a comic shop I'm not sure what Diamond would do for you.
