Does anyone know if the Dark Victory Robin & Penguin 2-pack comes with two sidewalk bases or just one?

I dunno if a reissue ever came out, but the one i bought had only one square of sidewalk. i'm not sure which one it is, but one peice has enough pegs so all the figures in the series can stand up
