The placecards at SDCC said Dec. 2011......but we're seeing solicitations for next April., and no AC. So, I'm a little confused as to what is going on.

Are you sure it was for arkham city? I mean Killer Croc hasnt even been released yet for the arkham asylum line. Not to mention the fact that Harley has been the only figure announced so far for the arkham city figures so even if it was stated for 2011 im not surprised if they got pushed back.

Oh yeah. 100% absolutely. It said "Arkham City Series 1. Harley Quinn, Robin and Others. December 2011". And with Killer Croc, his card stated that he was part of Arkham City Series 1 as a deluxe figure for June 2012. I just don't think these are going to be out by December if they haven't even been solicited. Julius? Somebody? Is there anyone that can shed some light on this? Thanks!

Im not sure if you made a typo or not but contradicted yourself by saying Killer Croc was part of Arkham City Series 1 and is scheduled for June. If that is the case why would they release a majority of the figures in december and just release one deluxe one in June?

I know what I saw, man. I'm just asking if what I saw was accurate to the expected release dates....I take it you don't have an answer for me?

mattel is already releasing arkham city figures
dc direct is scheduled for 6 months later and 6 months later again for the deluxe fgures

the game will be a good year old when croc comes out

they did the same with arkham asylum and were extremely succesful, imagine if they released them with the game!!!!

I agree...but I'd rather them 6 months later, than not at all! If they come out in December, that's less than 2 months....but I'm thinking that this just will not be the case.

Its hard to know from those displays. DC Direct does big showings of many lines /waves at big shows like Toy Fair, SDCC, and NY Comic Con. Then the stuff gets solicited one wave a month. We usually have a gut feel for what will be offered in the next 3 or 4 months, but not the order. And then there are often delays.

But, the final product is usually worth it.

I wish DC were easily accessible like NECA or Mattel...that way we could just ASK them.

New York Comic Con is in October. They will probably be there. Trying to figure out if I will be going myself.

Why can't they come out when the game does? Arrghh!

I still need to get the recent waves of the AA, so I think I can be a little patient on the AC waves. I'm sure it had a lot to do with them not wanting to leak, what some would feel were spoilers for the game.
