When did these come out!? What!? Why don't I have them!? Where can I find them!? They're on dcd's site, but no specifics about when they were released or if they're out of "print" or whatever. Also can't find them on ebay. Did they ever come out? Are they supposed to come out sometime down the road?

They are LONG Out-of-Print.

DCD released sets of PVC teams (at least 2 LSH, Metal Men, JLA, etc.) back in the late '90's and early part of 2000's.

I don't recall specifically what year that set came out, but like most DCD product, it was offered once and that was it.

I never bought into any of the PVC lines, but remember selling a few of each set way back when I managed a store.

Your best bet for these would be to talk to some of your local comic shops and see if , maybe, one of them still has a set sitting around somewhere or knows of someone looking to get rid of one.

Oh, wow, that Frank Miller Batman set is pretty cool, too. Thanks for the help, guys. Sad to hear that Metal Men set is gonna be so difficult to track down. Guess my Mego Elastic Stretch Armstrong Plastic Man has a new companion on my White Whale list. Although, the DCD Who's Who series 3 Plastic Man and Blammoids Plastic Man have also been near impossible to track down lately, too. Wish I'd bought all this stuff when it came out.

They are out there. Keep your eyes on Ebay. They pop up from time to time.

I feel like I've seen this at one of my comic shops, I'll let you know if I find it again.

I know that one of the local comic shops had that set on the shelf for YEARS. I haven't gotten by there much in the last couple of years but I'll check when I'm in town next week and pick it up for you if it's there, Desmond.
