I would recommend the Justice League: Classic Icons Superman.

Depends on the style that you like really.
Personally, I love the McGuinness style figures. His art is just made for toys. And the translation is truly flawless when compared to the source material.
Or if you want one that will best compliment a DCUC collection, I would suggest the first heavily articulated Superman figure they did (it had something like 25 poa). Its a nice comic-centric, non-artist specific Superman that has an almost timeless quality to it.
If you want more of a realistic, statue looking figure, go with either the A. Ross Justice Supes or the Kingdom Come Supes.
There are several others out there to choose from, but I think those offer a fairly diverse cross-section of what's out there.

My favorites are the Ed Benes Justice League Superman. the Jack Kirby New Gods Superman, and the Curt Swan Silver Age Superman (from the Supes/Lois 2 pack...comes with his flying cape) and the first Superman released by DC Direct. The Alex Ross Justice Superman is pretty good too.

My favorite is the Silver Age 2-pack mentioned earlier, along with the Ed McGuinness version, and Ed benes. If DC Direct didn't suck so bad and had released a proper Gary Frank Superman that could have been my favorite, (I also would have liked a classic costumed, better painted, and more articulated Jim lee Superman, with a better head sculpt too.) I really like the Alex Ross Superman. He screams powerful.
The 2003 super-articulated Superman was a favorite for years.
As a personal favorite, the Reactivated Series 4 is a great Shusteresque Superman with the classic squint. I'm thinking of getting one and painting the hair black.
I'm surprised to see love for the Ed Benes Superman. He looks like he sucked on a lemon to me.
