Got this last night when I stopped in to the LCS for my books.
Its a free catalog, about the same dimensions as a standard comic book, on gloss paper, and a slightly lower page count.

Cover features a nice Bane figurine.

Since my scanner is down, I'll give you a page by page breakdown:

*(2page spread) Bat: Arkham City figures start this off. Shown are series 2:
Detective Mode Batman, Catwoman, Hush, the Riddler, the Mad Hatter,
and series 3 Clown Thug, the Penguin, and a standard Batman. There is also Concept Art for a Ra's Al Ghul figure and an Azrael figure

*Next page shows Deluxe Mr. Freeze and Croc (June), and Titan Joker (Nov)

*Dark Knight Rises statue/maquette for Bane, Batman, and Catwoman

*Dark Knight Rises busts

*Dark Knight Rises 6" figures as Computer Rendered "Sculpt in Progress"

*Bronze Patina Statues of Jim Lee Batman and Superman

*Bat: B&W: Aragones, Sam Keith, Mignola

*(2page Spread) more Bat: B&W: Darwyn Cooke, DCnU Jim Lee, Jock with Concept art for Bolland Joker, and Kelley Jones Bane

*(2page spread) Ame-Comi: White Canary, Sapphire WW, WW, Raven (demon), Raven (Angel), Black Flash, Hawkgirl, Arisia (this is a new one for me) and a "Coming Later in 2012" blurb for: Brainiac, Harley Quinn v.2, and Holiday Catwoman

*Just-Us League of Stupid Heroes: series 1: Alfred as Superman, GA, and Aquaman
series 2: Alfred as Flash, GL, and WW
series 3: Alfred as Batman, Robin, and Joker

*Spy v Spy. Copy says "Vinyl Assortment" but only shows the standard Black and White so I have no idea what else to expect here.

*(2page spread) Cover Girls of DCnU: no longer only Adam Hughes' work, Raven, and WW are shown. Catwoman and Poison Ivy are concept art.

*(2 page spread) GL Animated Maquettes: Atrocitus, Hal, and Saint Walker

*(2page spread) DCnU JL: Aquaman(june), GL(june), WW(october), Superman(Jan '13), Batman(may), Flash(august), Cyborg(october) >>surprisingly, these look very nice as a whole and I might start considering buying them once they start hitting stores in May<<

*2page ad for the DCnU comics

*(2page spread) DCnU Busts: Grifter, WW, Superman, Batgirl (all "in progress"), Cyborg (completed)

*Batman 1:4 scale Museum quality statue (last costume before DCnU)

*Catwoman 1:4 scale Museum quality statue (Darwyn Cooke costume)

*GL v Parallax statue

*Bat: Dark Knight Returns: Bat v Supes statues, concept art only

*Heroes of DCU busts by Gary Frank(!): Batman and Swamp Thing shown

*inside back cover is an ad for the Arkham City video game

*back cover = Starcraft II figures: series 1: Jim Raynor, Zeratul
series 2: Tychus, Kerrigan

If that is the whole year, DC Direct is scaling WAY back.
Action figures are a minimal output from them this year and even statues don't seem to be as prevalent as they have been in the past.

If I am able to get some pics up I will because there are some very nice pieces in the the ads.

I hope that this is all pre-Toy Fair non-spoilers and that DC Direct will really have a strong showing, but historically, that just ain't so.

Oh well.

I guess we can add Watchmen merch to DC Direct's offerings this year.

Its nice to know that the hand out catalog wasn't all inclusive, but still, there needs to be some massive announcements this year if DC Direct plans to stay a contender.

Well to be honest-with Sideshow getting the DC license- alot of buyers are saying when a Statue is shown (like the Museum Collections)_- Ill wait until sideshow does it better...
They probably cut back some for that reason..
