If DC Collectibles were to announce a new action figure line in a smaller scale like 3.75" - 4.0" tall, what features would you expect and how much would you pay?
Considering that DC Collectibles figures cost a few more dollars than the Mattel figures at 6" scale, they will probably cost a few more dollars that current figures in the 3.75"-4.0" scale. So if Hasbro sells 4.0" figures at retail for $9.99, then would you be willing to pay $12.99 for a 4.0" figure from DC Collectibles?
(pre SDCC poll)

I know everythings going up these days, but $12.99 is too much imo for 4".Even now I don't get every character that is produced by DC direct.Because not every figure turns me on,and I don't hafta have it.So good luck.

The absolute MOST I would be willing to pay is $9.99
I know I could count on a great sculpt and paintjob for the most part, but at that scale, articulation and accessories would be critical.
I don't need the figures to have 20+ points of articulation, 12 or so is more than acceptable, but DC has a history of being a bit stingy with the accessories (as does Mattel) and at that scale a figure without an accessory is kinda "pointless"
We've been asking DC for this scale since the early days and it still isn't any close to happening. I'd like to see it, but I'm not holding my breath for it either.

$6.99 for me, unless it they have a bunch of accessories or are DCAU style, then 9.99 at the very most. D.

Id consider 8.99-but would not be happy about it- especially since I would only be able to pick them up at a comic book store -- but they have to guarantee that none of the limbs will just fall off-- Since I have a pile of arms and legs from their crappy 6" figures... Although if they could get me a Spoiler- they could pretty much get 19.99 out of me (or more)

If they made 4in figures of the 1960's Batman show, I would pay $10. But anything besides that or over that would be a no go for me.

I'm anxious to see what DCC potentially has in store in this scale. Perhaps they can give fans of 3-3/4" and 4" what Mattel couldn't or wouldn't.
I'm in wait-and-see mode.

Heck YES!!!! Right now Marvel Universe figures are at about $9 at big box stores here. I do not count LCS. I suppose Walmart or Target would not carry them then anyway. Does Toys R Us carry DC Collectibles items?

Kind of worried that this might spell the end for the DC Direct 6 inch scale. DC Direct/DCUC, Total Justice, JLU, Super Powers, Heroclix. Probably not going to go in for another scale at this point.

Does Toys R Us carry DC Collectibles items? Toys R Us did have some DC Direct merchandise on their online store in the past. The retail stores have also sold some figures, like The Watchmen and some of the Video Game based lines that DC Unlimited made.

Probably not going to go in for another scale at this point. I don't think that it will be the end of the 6" line. Not until they release the new Jim Lee based JUSTICE LEAGUE figures. I saw the Batman figure and I was impressed. If you would have bought DC Infinite Heroes you would already have the 3.75"-4.0" scale. DC Direct cancelled the 6" DC Universe Online figures. Wouldn't it be great if they were to release that line in the 3.75"-4.0" scale?

Well, for me, the one thing I would like to see is bigger figures. More along the lines of Super Powers. The DCIH, which I loved like you did, and the MU line, are both a little too skinny for me. Superheroes should have muscles. I would love love love to have a kick ass line of little DC dudes, which we have not yet seen. But maybe we are getting closer?

If this is rumored to be true and if they can keep a scale to their figures with at least neck twists, shoulder rotations, bicep twists, elbow hinges, wrist rotatations, either waist or upper torso twists w/front and back movement/hip movements(left/right/back/forward)calf twists and ankle rockers then I would be willing to pay 12.99 for these with of course the great paints and sculpts they are known for and forgot, light thin pliable plastic capes not those hard unmovable capes that Hasbro use that makes the figure fall over backwards.

Is there any buzz out there regarding this? If DC Collectibles has leaked info we might hear more at SDCC.
