The old Hawkman from the Dc Superheroes line by Toybiz has a bigger mace that really works well. got it on ebay for $2 sometime ago.

I used a ninja weapon from Batman Begins. Looks pretty good.

I thought I was the only one looking for accesories for this guy. As cool as Hawkman is, he really is screaming out for a weapon or two. He was all about the weapons on the show.
