 Post subject: 2004 "Comic Batman" Series Bane?

One thing I can't stand about the DCSH Bane are the giant open hands, which would have been fine if he would've come with the base and accessories as shown in the old promo pics from way back. But alas, it was not to be.

I know the original Bane from the comic Batman line had the closed fists, and that they were and international only release, but does anyone have an idea how I could pick one up? I would be glad to pick one up on the bay, but he never shows up there.

That packaging shows up a Big Lots a lot lately. Maybe they will get some of those in one day too.

Yeah, definitely. I appreciate them releasing the BatSignal Bats in the TRU boxset, but I'd like the original of that one as well, without the paint wash. I'll just be checking ebay daily until then.

He does look a bit better... but the original also possessed an action feature (as did the scarecrow). I imagine itlimited the figures movement and appearance to an extent.
