Stopped at the Fred's closetest to my house and saw that they had gotten some of the older figures. I picked up the Gold Amazo single, the silver Batgirl repaint and the Superman-Aztek-Sinestro 3 pack. They also had the Hawk and Atom Smasher singles and the following 3 packs: Green Lantern-Flash-Atom Smasher, Batman-Metamorpho-Wildcat and Flash-Dr. Fate-Green Arrow

As always, YMMV, but it's worth al look if you're missing some of the older figures or looking for custom fodder :)

I'm sorry, but what is Fred's? We don't have them here, but it's possible the equivalent might have gotten them in. :D

Fred's takes the concept of the dollar store to a whole new level. It's kind of like if Wal-Mart and a dollar store had a kid.

I've seen these at my Fred's as well.

Fred's sound like what we here in Pa. call Ollie's. BTW Ollie's had the standard Batgirl from THE BATMAN series for $3.

Seems like the Fred's in question are in the Southeast, as suggested by this map. Between this and the Dollar General stores, I'm starting to envy you fine folks down there!
