This question has been on my mind for a while. Would you rather continue with JLU line or would you all rather have the return of brand new Super Powers figures?
I'm talking about Mattel creating new small size super heroes with battle action like the old toys but with new modern versions. Sculpting would be greatly improved and the return of new vehicles.

In a perfect world, there would be both and I would have a bigger budget but since I can only vote for one, I'm going to have to go with JLU. Boy it would be fun to have both though!. I actually made a Hal from a Superpowers torso/arms I got for $.25 at a flea market and an extra pair of JLU GL legs!

New JLU. The style is there, the scale is there, the tooling is there, the audience is there, if they continue the line correctly. If they really do have access to the entire DCU, they could forge ahead brilliantly and find several more years of success with the JLU style. A new Super Powers line would feel redundant--I wouldn't get on board with it.

I'm not a big fan of "action features". The main reason is that my kids don't don't like them. They just like toys that arms and legs move. They take care of all the "power" noises and use their imagination for the rest.

Definately JLU. I am finally caught up on the line and am ready to buy more. I love this style and like nquick said I don't like the power features.

Definitely more JLU since I sold my entire Super Powers collection about a year ago since I was still having nightmares about Kenner making such figures as Golden Pharoe and Cycloton before Black Canary and Bizarro.

JLU. I like the Super Powers figures, but I like the JLU more!

JLU! That was easy to decide. JLU took the place that Super Powers had in my collection. I even sold almost my entire collection (I can't sell my Samurai, my Hall of Justice and Batmobile) Now that I got my Blue Devil, I just hope Mattel keep releasing them for years

I also voted JLU. I know the two lines have been compared in the past, with everyone swearing that Super Powers was better, but I think this is an indication that perhaps JLU has earned its stripes as a successor to the Super Powers line.

Personally, I have to give the nod to JLU. But at the same time, I wouldn't mind seeing Super Powers get a rerelease with vintage packaging (ala the G.I. joe 20th Anniv. line and the Mego Star Trek figures)

JLU has far surpassed Super Powers in every way.
