A couple of the toy collector magazines has pictures of new Superhero Squad for '08.
Tomart's Action Figure Digest #160 has a picture of a new Spider-Man 2-Pack. Comic Black Costume Spidey (New Sculpt) w/ Comic Doc Ock (Green/Yellow). Sorry no pics.
The newest issue of Toyfare also revealed some new Superhero Squad for '08.
Modern Iron Man (Unmasked) w/ Hulkbuster Iron Man
1st Appearance Iron Man (Grey) w/ Silver Centurion Iron Man
War Machine (New Sculpt) w/ Classic Iron Man (Flying)
Crimson Dynamo (Red/Silver) w/ Titanium Man (Classic Green)
Sorry, no pics of these yet either. Hopefully someone will post them online.

Well, it appears that there will be Iron Man themed sets, then... I'd guess there'll be at least one Hulk wave, too...

Looks like I'm going to be broke in 2008 as well because I have to get everything that they release. This toyline is just too irresistible not to be a completist with it.
