Why is April so much larger then the Turtles? She's supposed to be bigger, but in those pics it looks like they're the size of her leg... That's not right.

Is it just the pics? Anyone got more pics?

Otherwise TOP notch stuff on the TMNT front.

April is in "2-up" form. The Four Horsemen sculpt their figures at roughly twice the size of their actual production size. I believe this allows them to better capture all of the details. Don't worry, April will be about half the size she is now.

"2-up" is pretty standard in terms of sculpting. I remember seeing the 2 ups of Mattel's DCSH Catwoman and Mongul at SDCC last year. Its really cool to see them at that size. I think Toy Biz's Marvel/Xmen lines ran a bunch of 10" figs for a while. I think the JLU 10" figs are essentially the same thing. These are about as close as we will get to released 2-ups. I still have Silver Surfer, Shatterstar and a few others from back then.

that Dread Pirate Roberts is cool I hope they make more than just him, we need Inego Montoya and Fezzik

They are alloking to make at least 2 waves, and Fezzik and Montoya I'm sure will be in those.

Also there is another Beetlejuice figure coming in his red wedding tux.

The Turtles look SO good in person. They were sculpted by the 4 Horsemen. NECA did the paintmasters.

I'll swing back by on Tuesday and ask about the RE figures.

Thanks do we know when we'll get more info, on who and how many per wave?

NECA has a really impressive showing this year. I can't wait for anything and everything from The Princess Bride, and I'll have to get the Stuntman Mike figure, too.

Hey Dan, I know your probably still really busy with all this Toy Fair stuff and I don't want to be a bother, but did you happen to swing back to NECA for any word on the future of the Resident Evil line? Thanks ahead of time. :D
