Hey! I just wanted to let everyone know that KB Toys is now carrying JLU & DC Direct products. They had the original JLU 3-packs (1st JLU packaging) for $7.98. This is a good chance for newer collectors to pick up some figs they may have missed out on for cheap. They also had some DC Direct singles like the JSA & Crisis figures for $6.98 I think.
I'm not sure if this is for all KBs. I've only been to one so far, I'll have to check out some others.

Thanks for the tip, I'll have to check this out. I usually don't even bother with KBs anymore, since they never have what I'm looking for, but it may be worth the trip.

DC Direct at KB is wierd, but it has happened before. 6.98 is very cheap for DCD.

On a related note, FYE (For Your Entertainment which took over Strawberries near me and something else), had some deals on DCD a while back. I know I saw FA Blue Beetle for 6.98. Also Newberry Comics - more music/movies than comics - has DCD and their prices are all over the place with different prices for different pieces in the same wave. Mr. Terrific for 7.98.

Is this the regular KB Toys? or the KB Outlet ones? Too bad the KB toys near my place closed already... hope the one close by has it...

You also might want to check other discount stores- I have seen older DC direct (amazo and Tomorrow woman) at 5 Below-- and places like Ollies have been getting different Oddball pieces-- most recently all the Warner Bros. figs (Bugs) put out last year.

All this DCDiscounting is making me wonder if DCD is going down the tubes a little bit.
You know they took a hit when Mattel go the master license.

Thank You!
Thank You!
Thank You!
I saw the post last night and went today after work. My local KB Toys had 2004 (blue) 3 packs.
Superman/Clear Martian Manhunter/ Braniac
Hawkgirl/ Batman/ Elongated Man
Dr Fate/ Flash/ Green Arrow
(I needed the last of each of those, btw.)
At the same KB Toys the other DC stuff out was:
-JSA figures
-Crisis On Infinite Earths (all Superman)
Again thanks, joining the forum is already paying off!

Both FYE and Newberry Comics are part of the same company, BTW.

I wouldn't think too much of it. Most of this stuff is older things, which get clearanced all the time at big chain stores. Be worried when you can't find them there at all.

All the KB Toys stores in my area closed down a long time ago. The only time I get to go to one is if we are on vacation and I find one at those outlet malls that always seem to have a KB Toys outlet (then I can't buy all the great deals they have because we're on vacation and don't have room to carry a bunch of stuff back home).
Too bad they don't have any on their web site, I still have a $25 gift card I was hoping to use and there's nothing I want on there at the moment.

Hey brebro, don't hold on too long on that Gift card coz it expires. If you think you wont be able to use it, why not DONATE IT? Hehehe
