Yup, I really want to see the modern Owlman. He was my first choice, so now that we have Batman Beyond, give us Owlman!
I'd also like to see KC Batman as a Batman-variant further down the line. Wouldn't want KC Captain Atom to get lonely.

Those are some good choices for a Bats variant. I would love a modern Owlman. I would also like to see a Azbat of some kind in the future.
