Ok, the scale is off: he should be taller than a Kenner Batman from BTAS figure. The head should be a bit flatter on top. But I am very pleased with this one...I hope I nailed his expression. From the BTAS episode, "MUDSLIDE".
Now here's to you improving on it: use that big KO JL base and reshape the head, give him a tiny nose, and you're good to go.

My Skeletor mini bust broke
I had an extra 2002 HeMan figure head lying around
Now I have a custom, one-of-a-kind FAKER mini bust!
I took my DCUC build-a-figure KALIBAK and repainted as the 1985 SUPER POWERS Kalibak.
