Has anyone seen the Brave and the Bold Action League figures in the stores yet?

Those prices seem very high for mini figure packs.

nope, that's Toywiz. Overly high prices are just about right.

Found a place with MUCH better prices on the Brave and the Bold Action League. $4.99 for singles and $8.99 for 2-packs. I just ordered one of everything except the two single Batmans.

Oh... and they have the Atom and Sportsmaster for just $7.99 for those who are having trouble finding them in person.

As quoted from grayson over at Legions of Gotham:

In Toyfare this month...
"...check out page 21 for the new Brave & Bold 2-pack figures coming out this Fall...including B'Wana Beast & Bat Knuckles Batman, Batman & Metamorpho, Sportsmaster & Green Arrow and Ocean Master & Underwater Batman..."

Bat Knucles Batman could be interesting.
Metomorpho is kinda surprising. I figured he'd be an oversized character.

I just looked at that Toyfare earlier this evening and the 2-packs that are being referred to are for the Brave and the Bold Action League mini figs.

Just found this TRU exclusive 6-pack at TRU today. Looks like all of them have articulation at the waist, shoulders, and head. Pretty close to being in scale with SHS, except a little on the small side (they look more in scale in the pics than they do in hand). I love the SHS stuff, so I hope Mattel figures out a way to pump through the DCU the way Hasbro has gone through Marvel characters. (it was $22.99)

I love the Brave and Bold minifigures. Will definitely pick some up for my boy. Save it for when he's older (he's only 1)

Very cool. I've wanted to see loose pics of these. Do you have the UPC#?
Thanks

I can't believe Mattel didn't put holes all over the mini figures! Because that was such an awesome thing on the bigger ones!

This line so could have been like a new JLU.

Do you like SHS figs? These are in blockier style, but if you like SHS it seems pretty natural to like these minis.

I share what I think your sentiments are about the strategy with the BBB line overall though.

I wrote a long post awhile ago about how easy it would have been for them to just fold the JLU line into the new BBB packaging. It would have been a money saver for Mattel, it would have put some new life into the JLU style figs with a show behind it, and they still could have ramped up some of the play value things they wanted to do. The 5" BBB stuff just seems unnecessary and redundant (I just don't believe moms, kids, or collectors would have ever said "these BBB figs don't accurately reflect the nuanced differences in animation style between JLU and BBB"--no one would have cared and the JLU fans would have been excited about the potential for the current show to ramp up the JLU style.)

That said, I think these minis look pretty cool.

Thanks, but what are the 2 small numbers? They need all 12 numbers to check their computer.
