You're probably in luck with Robin. The first one was sculpted in house by Mattel, and not by the Four Horsemen.

I thought that the Horsemen had said they hadn't done a Robin yet? That's why I listed that Robin as a retool. Really hope it is a new 4H sculpt, as it needs to be to go next to that amazing Batman! Even if this is a retool then I hope we get a new 4H Robin next year!

Edit: Updated the Series 1 Batman to list blue or grey knee pins. I kept it as 1 line, but if people think it's worth listing as a seperate figure then I'll alter it again.

Oh, I see. I'm sure you're right. I wasn't aware the Horsemen had said that.

Actually, a retool of that Robin figure wouldn't be bad. Add more articulation, a sculpted cape and gloves that are the right color this time ( ) and I think that would be a winner.

No worries, Chris. Nearly everyone has fallen for an April Fools gag at one time or another.

As for posting after midnight, you probably have a point. For instance, right now Saturday Night Live is on. Scarlett Johansson is hosting and I'm busy staring at her Golden Globes as I'm typiong thiz.

I think so.

He was originally in Series 4 (which was to be the 3rd Batman wave), but it's been reported from WWLA that Boy Wonder said the waves will now alternate between Superman and Batman, and the wave with the new Batman would be delayed until 2007.

Now it seems the 2nd Superman wave (originally Series 5) is still coming this year, so it makes sense to assume that it got swapped with the 3rd Batman wave, making the Lex/Brainiac/Darkseid wave Series 4 and the new Batman/Batgirl/Two-Face wave Series 5.

Updated the checklist to reflect that the Series 2 variants are likely to be Superman and Supergirl and will probably ship out in the June refresh cases according to both Shopafx and BigBadToyStore.

Also cleaned up the post a bit, removing speculation on who the future Chase figures might be.

Hopefully we'll get a Kara Supergirl as the Series 2 Chase (I'd have prefered it the other way around in all honesty, but at least we'll get her). Superman I'm not sure about, a new paint job would create his post-OWAW look easily enough, or a new long haired head could be done. Or they may go for something else, like Red or Blue.

Might want to change Series 3 to reflect that Batman is not "battle damaged" as originally announced.
