Has there been any word on whether Mattel will be selling He-Man at their booth again like last year?

This year they will have limited quantities of:

Well, now we know what the other DC Direct exclusive will be "Batman Arkham Asylum: Battle Damaged Batman" with a run of 4000

Does anyone know how DC Direct handles their exclusives at SDCC? Will it be a raffle or first-come, first-serve?

If it's anything like last year they sell them through Graphitti Designs.

They sent everyone up to the plaza level and had them pull tickets out of a bag. If you had one color of ticket you could buy the exclusive. If you got the wrong color you are out of luck.

Did you have to be there at a certain time to pull tickets? Did they limit the number of people pulling tickets? Thanks in advance for the response.

I thought I read somewhere that Diamond was going to give away a Battle Beast Alligator mini-mate, similar to the one at Toyfare and C2, except with gold paint.

Can anybody confirm or deny this? I'd hate to send my buddy on a wild toy chase.

And any idea what the MU Iron Man exclusive looks like? A unique armor or a rehash?

I don't mean to be rude here, but it might be better to wait until after the convention and just buy what you want on eBay. If you have never been to SDCC before, you have no idea what you are asking for. It takes a lot of time and some luck to get an exclusive like this.
