I've always loved this line more for the accessories than the actual characters.
I'll be all over those new vehicles, especially the Joker Cycle. Might just have to get Mr. Freeze for that polar bear and Superman for Krypto.
Wow!!!! I have a reason to go back to TRU now!!! DrGreenEvil

I really like that Mr. Freeze! He looks pretty awesome and love the polar bear he comes with.

So I was excited for these and I drove an hour to my closest Toys R Us. As luck would have it they had all 5 singles and both og the motorcycles.
Now the bad news. They are in no way compatible with the last incarnation of Super Friends. These are much smaller. I'd say they are roughly the same height as Brave and the Bold figures just beefier.
Superman doesn't even look like he was made to be Superman. His costume almost looks like it was made to be a wetsuit. I don't know, maybe he is a repainted Rescue Hero or something.
I really don't know where these are supposed to fit in. Imaginext has much more interesting vehicles and playsets and is getting a bit of an upgrade with new friends and villains. This line seems like it was thrown together quickly with a bunch of existing parts laying around.
Ultimately I passed on all of them, wishing new Imaginext would hurry up and come out.

I've got to see these for myself to see if they would be cool for my future little boy to play with. I dunno if I'm late in trying to get all the DC Imaginext line collection.
I do have (most, not all) the DC SUPERFRIENDS line and my daughter seems to like em... but I think she'd be more into them if there was a Wonder Woman figure.

A good portion of the original DC Super Friends Imaginext product is still available at retail like Toys R Us and Target so you should have no trouble getting started. DC Super Friends ImaginextHowever, this thread is about the new versions of the larger DC Super Friends that were the same size as the Rescue Heroes line. They look good, but they also look like all new sculpting and I wonder if they are the same scale as before. DC Super FriendsThe larger DC Super Friends died off at retail and the last two were a Robin and Hawkman that were MattyCollector exclusives. DC Super FriendsThis is all the Batman ones they released except for a Batman in an orange and blue Batsuit that I don’t have. DC Super FriendsMy First Batmobile, DC Super Friends There was also a My First Batplane, but I never saw it at retail.

According to Bat-Blog these are called DC Super Friends Hero World and are a scale in between Imaginext and the larger Super Friends. http://networkedblogs.com/7k0DR

So did nobody read my previous post that mentioned they aren't the same scale as the last Superfriends line?

I saw the entire line today at TRU and yea the figures that come with the playsets are very small but the stand alone figures like Joker w/pie machine are about the size as the dc superfriends line. I thought they looked pretty cool but i didn't buy any of them today.
