Nice comparison pics. While I have each of those figures, I haven't ever lined them all up like that.
odd.

I kinda wonder if the Penguin was made for the original Superfriends line. He looks big enough that he would fit. And to save money, they just kinda incorporated him.

Based on the scale of the Hero World Batman next to the original scale Robin, I would say there is no way he fits.
He would be much too short.
Not that it will matter to my son. But for display purposes, I gotta go with no.

No, the Hero World Penguin is the same height as the Hero World Batman, although the hat makes him just a little taller maybe. What makes Penguin stand out is that he’s not only fat, he has a wide stance and his head is notably larger than Batman, Joker and Mr. Freezes of this line. DC Super Friends Hero World figures are all new sculpts and as you can see smaller than the original DC Super Heroes were. As PJ noted, even the Rescue Heroes are this new smaller size.

I just wish Mattel would have continued the orginal Superfriends line instead of going with this new scale. I'm still confused about why they did this.

At TRU they are near the Imaginext, but not right next to it. Sometimes they are opposite them on the same aisle, other store they are on the next aisle.
I have all of the single figures, but have yet to see any vehicles with figures.

I found the Transforming Batmobile today and the figure is the same size as the single figures, making it a good-sized Batmobile. Nice lights and electronic sounds too and the spring loaded feature that makes it sit up high like a Monster Truck reminds me of the Robin Dragster of the BTAS series.

If I find that Batmobile at TRU this weekend I might have to pick that up.

Checked another TRU yesterday, found Batman and the Joker as well as the Batmobile but just picked up the two singles.
I didn't mind that wrist holder until I saw that it doesn't even hold the batarang.

I love these. I'm glad they are putting out character packs now as I almost just want the figures and not the building sets they come with.
(psst ... I also started a Trio thread in the Mattel-All forum you might want to check out Dan ... I'm just sayin' ...)
