Next week is going to be a nightmare. Unless Matty's finally fixed all its problems and the site runs like a professional outfit. Yeah, it's gonna be a nightmare.

But keep in mind he's one of those people that has multiple subs (as in more than 10 ). He may have an inkling that these won't sell very well on sale day, and feels he may get stuck with most of them. So rather than that, he's probably just conceding a slight loss. This is all conjecture on my part, because I really don't care. As long as I get mine for cheap .

I wasn't planning on being all that impressed by Grizzlor, but he won me over when he arrived. It's the crazy fur... http://www.itsalltrue.net

I got King Grayskull in just before Thanksgiving and he had to wait a bit before getting reviewed. He's a decent enough figure, but I think I'm more glad to finally have a Grayskull than I am happy with the figure itself. His review and pics are up on my blog now... http://www.itsalltrue.net/

I was really pleased with King Grayskull. He's one of my favorites in the line. I'm ready for Buzz Off next .

FINALLY got Grizzlor yesterday (I was forced to buy from Ebay). The fur doesn't make him look nearly as goofy as I feared he'd be. And the way you can have him carry all of his weapons at once is pretty darn cool. Wonder if I'll get locked out of Buzzoff this month?

You can tell MOTUC is an afterthought on AFi (this thread was buried 3 pages back). I ended up passing on Buzz-Off, who was one of my most anticipated figures in this line. Mostly because I didn't want one that was pretty much a mirror image of the vintage one. I had one as a kid, and loved it. Now it just seems kind of goofy. I was really hoping Mattel would take more queues from the 200x version. I know that Bow is next month (or at least I think he is). Does anyone know if there's more than one figure for January?

Alcinde4, the January sale items are already posted on Matty's website: http://www.mattycollector.com/store/mat ... 6799436509The January sale is MOTUC heavy with only a single Ghostbusters item representing the non-MOTUC licenses. • MOTUC Vikor™ He-Man of the North™: The Club Eternia™ Monthly Figure for January is totally retro – he’s based on the original concept for He-Man® from the vintage toy line. • MOTUC Eternia Palace Guards™ 2-Pack: Our first-ever Guards pack comes with 4 swappable heads and more! Please note that this item is not included with Club Eternia™ subscriptions, however it’s the last one. Going forward, all 2011 MOTUC items will be included except special convention items, reissues, weapons paks, stands, or other accessories. •MOTUC Evil-Lyn®: She’s bad, she’s beautiful, and she’s back! This is an official re-issue, with “The Original” burst on the package*. •MOTUC Castle Grayskull® Diorama & Stands: You asked and we’re delivering another shot at this sweet set. Also a re-issue, the packaging has “The Original” burst*. •Ghostbusters™ Peter Venkman™ (Courtroom) Figure: Our initial Official Club Ecto-1 Figure, Peter comes with first-ever ghost Nunzio Scoleri from the courtroom scene in Ghostbusters II.
