TRU Marvel Wave 9 still has not hit my area, which isn't a bad thing since this is my first week of being back out & about, but I hope they show up soon and that I don't miss them.
Marvel Wave 37 was on Diamond's shipping list last week, but sometimes there is an extra weeks delay in showing up on the East Coast. I expect to see them in my BBTS Pile of Loot this week.

My TRU seemed to get more Wave 8 for Christmas. That was ok with me, seeing I was broke. I wasn't even able to get any M.A.X. 2-Packs yet either. Hopefully they get more. BBTS has my Wave 37 "In Process". Glad they hold on to stuff until I can pay!

DK, you know that BBTS, once they get the merchandise in, charges you immediately, right?

Not when my CC doesn't have enough on it, they don't. They attempt to charge, but hold it in my Pile of Loot until I pay for it. I know it's a bit sneaky if I don't have the money right away, but it's their system!

Quick response to my post about Star Trek mates. I looked around and found them at a GREAT price. Check out The Official Star Trek Store, $4.99 each for Wave 1 (sans chase) and a couple series 2 (though I skipped on Kirk/Gorn...for now ) and shipping was $5.99 , if I remember correctly. Haven't received the product yet, but I'll let you guys know how it goes.

Still no sign of Wave 9 at the two TRU's that I frequent.
I did pick up the Heroic Age set last week at one of them. It was their last set. Good thing I had a 5.00 Rewards bucks I was able to use since I didn't want to pay full price for a set where all I really wanted was Iron Man.

I guess my starting to panic was all for nothing! After missing TRU Marvel Wave 9 yesterday, I found a full set at another TRU during lunch. The breakdowns always mystify me:
2 Magik & Warlock 2 Cannonball & Shatterstar 4 Brown Wolvering & Dark Magneto 6 Spider-Man Six-Armed & The Lizard
I think there were six Spidey sets; it may have been eight, and this set is part of Marvel Wave 37! I would think a better case balance to the specialty wave would be more ideal -- 3 each of the TRU exclusive still keeps more of the Wolverine and Spidey sets in the case.
Anyway, I grabbed a Brown Wolverine, Cannonball and two Magik sets, although I now realize that I cannot use Magik's body to make a normal Rahne and the Doug Ramsay's face has the techno stuff on it, so an extra body for him would be nice, but not as necessary as I first hoped. I do need another NYCC New Mutants box set for a normal Rahne and Roberto though.

Last week I found a Spidey set and a Wolverine / Magneto set. Just missed the Magik / Warlock and Cannonball / Shatterstar set the two I really wanted.
So the only original member of X-Force that hasn't been made is Boom Boom right? Maybe package him with Rictor or something.

They can package Boom Boom with a New Mutants Magma! I am actually hoping we get a Magma and Moonstar to finish up the New Mutants team.

During my lunch break I was able to pick up 2 - Warlock / Magik and 1 - Cannonball / Shatterstar sets. (Grabbed the 2nd Magik set to have Doug Ramsey)

Moonstar and Magma would round out the team. I wish I could switch Doug's right hand to a regular hand instead of the cannon that Warlock has.

If the rumors of BBTS receiving DCUC Wv16 late next week are true, I will probably grab an extra set of the NYCC New Mutants set and start to play around a bit with parts. I may have to sacrifice a regular Sunspot to get a Cypher. In other news... The Real Ghostbusters are coming to you in April! I'm not sure if I will get on board with these -- I remember watching the cartoon, but it wasn't must TV at the time for me (no cartoons were at that time, except maybe G.I. Joe and Transformers, if they were still on). Nice to see the property get its' retro due though, both movie & 'Real'. Real Ghostbusters Minimates at TNI
