I hope this is the right place, seemed like the Swap Meet subforum was locked. I would like to get some input on where to best sell my Lord of the rings Toybiz figure collection. I have many of the figures still in their original boxes plus an exclusive (but opened) Lurtz figure I had to send away for. I took some preliminary pics and posted them on my Picasa page. There are 45 individally boxed figures, 7 double figure packs, a horse and rider pack, Sauron, and the Fellowship 9 figure pack.
At the time I was collecting these I tried to get all the figures from each movie. I think i have them all with the exception of the third movie where they started reissuing figures on the flat blue cards. I liked the rounded packages better. twilight Frodo was a hard to find figure at the time but then they reissued him on a flat card. I have him on the rounded card.
Basically these figures have been hanging in a room in my house that is now my son's room. I don't have any real attachment to them and figured I would feel out whether or not I could sell them as an entire group. Should I try to find a toy forum, craigslist, or eBay? Is this a terrible time to try and unload the whole collection? I appreciate any input. The link to some pictures is below. you can zoom in and see some good detail in most of the pictures.
