Has anyone got any idea who this figure is? He is 5" tall, very heavy and well detailed. There is a red ruby set into the palm of his right hand. I paid 10p for him at a car boot 3 years ago and like him so much that he is in a frame on my study wall. None of my grand children recognise him. I thought he could be from 'MULAN' but seems it aint so. Any help appreciated.

The figure is Android 19 from the DragonBall series. It was released in series 6 by Irwin Toys in their main 5" Super Articulated Basic Figure line, in the United States several years back.
