I have a Puppet Master "Pinhead" figure from the mid-'90s. I use to collect toys and this one caught my attention because the figure was upside down in the package. I came across it in storage, forgot I even had it. Are these figures rare?

It would be rare in that it's an error and there wouldn't be very many of them... but if you are asking is it VALUABLE... That's a different question.

And usually that answer is NO. Most fans don't seek that sort of thing out... they just pick them up as conversation pieces.

I use to collect in the mid 90s and would like to try and sell that collection due to financial issues. I havent been in the collectors scence in years. Whats the best place to find out how much these are worth? Best place to sell? Ebay?

eBay will give you the best gauge for the collections worth.

Unfortunately, Puppet Master has all but lost its following and that particular collection isn't going to net you much, if anything at all.

I've still got all of my figures from the line too.
