I'm 17 and pretty into DCUC/Marvel Legends Marvel Select/DC Direct figures. I'm a closet nerd and none of my friends know I like any of this shingbling I feel like a tool every time I buy an action figure. Thoughts?

Do what you want, collect what you want and don't worry about what other people might think. The number of those people that will still be in your life in 20 years... you'll be able to count them on one hand. Just be yourself.

We're all nerds, closeted or otherwise. What the "group" might see as acceptable now won't always be so... eventually they will see you are right and catch up to you!
Yea, and more then likely you be surprised how many of your friends might think its cool, if you give them the chance! I got gang bangers and jocks in my circle(smh) and they are always happy to see what new figures I have.
