I'm not a toy collector, but a friend inquired about this 2010 Mattel Retro Action DC Superheroes, The Flash with incorrect packaging.



Is this a common error? And if not, what can he expect in terms of pricing?

This sort of thing happens all the time. I rarely if ever increases the value of an item... unless someone just collects errors. Most collectors view them as errors and that actually makes them LESS desirable in many cases.
