Anyone ordered from K mart online??

Heard Bad things anyone oredered there? Good or NO??

Do NOT order from them. On various different items they have said they were selling one thing and then just shipped something else from that same line. It's happened to enough different people on enough different items for me to say that you should just avoid that site.

Let me repeat that just to make sure I am clear:

DO NOT USE KMART.COM

They will list every item in a wave/line/style individually but will ship out whatever one happens to be closest on hand at the time of boxing everything up. Sometimes you get lucky and actually get the item you want, the other 99% of the time, you don't. I've actually placed an order for 4 different items and in the shipping box I got 4 of the exact same item that was a release from the previous year.

When you call customer service about it (or go into your local Kmart store to make the return) you get, "but they're all "...", what's the difference?"

Again, if you are a glutton for punishment and enjoy a good crap shoot, go for it. But if you are one of those oddly irrational people who actually want to get the specific item you asked specifically for and paid good money for, STAY AWAY FROM KMART.COM

I'll go against the grain some and state that you should only order there IF and ONLY IF that is the ONLY way to get an item.

Such as the Captain America 3 pack out now, assuming you can't find the item in stores.

It should be your absolute, positively, last means of ordering anything, and you should order via credit card so you can file disputes with your CC company if need be to get refunds, in case you need such.
