Maybe this has already been reported, in which case I apologize, but I'm posting this rather quickly this morning before I head out.

This surprised the heck out of me yesterday. I was at Tucson's lone Kmart, and they already had WAVE 2 of the Batman Legacy figures in! And I think I know why -- they have an exclusive version of a Classic Batman with an articulated figure of Bat-Mite! Personally, I never cared for that little twerp, so that was an easy pass, but the package had one of those "Only at Kmart" stickers on it.

Also available were the two I did really want, Catman and Batgirl. These did not have exclusive stickers on them. I'm especially pleased with Catman, being a Secret Six fan (and not at all happy over its cancellation).

Batgirl is also a cool figure, but upon opening her, I discovered that most of her articulation points are STUCK, and I don't think it's an assembly problem. I think it's because the bulk of the figure has a glossy black paint job, and our very hot day yesterday didn't help matters. The only parts that WEREN'T stuck were the head and ankles, which didn't have this paint job.

I'm open to suggestions on this, on how to gently get her mobile. Right now she looks like she's trying to imitate John Travolta's disco moves from "Saturday Night Fever" and nobody wants that.

Still, I didn't expect to see this wave until the end of the year!

Congrats. I've been going to 4 Kmarts pretty much everyday for a week since the first sighting in WI trying to get these. Nothing. Nothing at the Walmarts either. Nothing at the Targets. Pretty frustrating.

Catman should show up in other stores right? Not just K-Mart.

Right. The only thing that's exclusive to K-Mart is Bat-Mite.

I suppose so, maybe. My Targets have some pegs up for Batman legacy singles but nothing's come so far. I don't know what selection they'll get. Walmarts have been getting Wave 1 but my Wallys have absolutely no new product. No Young Justice. No Batman. No Wave 18. Very very annoying. I hope Amazon gets Wave 2 so I can stop with the driving around.

I was also tempted by the new Thundercats there...

Batman Legacy pegs at my local Kmart are up but have a tag on them that apologizes for them being temporarily out of stock.

Hopefully that means they are getting more soon.

Yeah me too. I loved the annoying little punk as a kid and loved every time the story revolved around him

Has anyone seen these figures in NYC yet? I check the Kmart in Penn Station on my lunch break today, but there didn't even seem to be peg space for them.

How about a UPC or DPI code? Would love to start bugging my local Kmart about them!

They just showed up on the pegs around me, so keep looking everyday if you can!

Seriously, if anyone can help me out with these (especially Batman w/ Batmite) I would really appreciate it. There's not a K-Mart anywhere in Texas I don't think.
