Thanks. At least I now know what to look for. Sadly, it's not my preferred version of CD which is this one:

Finally saw these somewhere other than TRU. One of my Walmarts has gotten a case and I could have gotten Titanium Man for $4 cheaper. They put them right with the 6 inch movie figures that are peg warming. Still no sign of CD or the little guys yet (most of whom I'll be passing on, but a few look interesting).

Shell head, i hop yopu can help me.
i wasnyt collecting 3 3/4 figures when th first iron man came out at the movies.
i only really started when i saw the first of the marvel universe figures hit the shelves here in australia soemtime in 2009( the chase has been a blur)
so now that the bug has well and truly taken hold, im looking for nice pieces like warmachine from the ironman 2 line that on the shelves here at target but im now looking for an original hasbro produced 3 3/4 iron man mk 3 from the first film. but all i can find on ebay is a 6 inch version.
was there a 3/34 line to support the first film?

Nope, the first film only had a 6" toy line. However, all the armors from that movie (Mark I-III and Iron Monger) were released in the IM2 3" line.

Sean speaks the truth.
I was originally annoyed that IM2 didn't come in 6 inch (at least until Walmart got that exclusive line of them), but they ended up doing such a good job with it that I ultimately didn't care.

Oh, I just paid 12.95 for Hulkbuster, Mark VI, War Machine and Titanium Man at my military exchange here in Germany and get this the DCUC and GL MM were 17.95. That's a big difference in price from Hasbro and Mattel.
I don't see how you can have a Hulkbuster that is shorter than Absorbing Man. The cheaper price must have something to do with the shorter scale. The Johnny Storm figure from the box set is almost as tall as Hulkbuster. If you have your old TBMLs Thorbuster and Hulkbuster Iron Man armors figures, keep them for this Hulkbuster looks nice and all but is small. Titanium Man, the same. I am impressed with the Mark VI and highly impressed with War Machine. I especially like the way the machine gun folds down and rests out of the way on the back of his armor.
These are the only 6" scale Iron Mans' I own. I used to not like Iron Man but with the different comic armors to collect and the movies, I'm a fan now.

Unfortunately the only retailer in my area that sells the 6 in figures is TRU and they slap a ridiculous $17.99 price tag on it. I only picked up the comic version war machine because i was able to get 5 dollars off and I love the figure. They also have Titanium man which i really want to pick up hopefully if/when the price drops.

That War Machine is really starting to grow on me. I think it's a considerable upgrade to the ML one. The only advantage the ML version has is the removable faceplate. I'm gonna be forced to get it if I see it again.

Saw Titanium Man at a Target today. S'funny, I thought for sure this was a TRU exclusive line.

Doesn't "Armored Avenger" consist of both a 3.75 inch and 6 inch line? Please tell me there isn't a 3 inch line...
