Pretty easy sale day today. I got the WSOD for a few minutes, but I was able to get the figures I wanted, including Gygor, which I missed out on last time.
I really like the MOTU oversize figures. I sure hope the DCUC subscription goes through, so we can get similar DC figures.

I'm tempted to get another GL Origins three-pack for customs. STRIPE is still available, too, for more head-swapping goodness.

In and out in about 15 minutes. Got MEF (yay!!) and some Super Powers stands. I upgraded to UPS ground this time to avoid the aggravation of dealing with the bs carrier Matty's using now.

Yeah, apparently not a lot of traffic on the site today, because i havent ever had a purchase go that quickly. So, now, unless my Marshmallow Man ships today or tomorrow, I will end up getting my Egon before my Stay Puft after all.

Wait, Cal, is there a way to downgrade from UPS Ground? cause that's what i always end up defaulting to and it costs $8.70 to ship a $20 figure. I hate that I always end up having to pay for another half a figure just to get the one I want.

It's that stupid Cornerstone Logistics. So for me to get UPS ground now it's like $4 more.

I only wanted the Ghostbusters figure and since I have a sub, I didn't need to go on today.
But, I wanted to check the shipping from the discussion above. I used to always go with UPS and in fact, my Egon from the sub is on its' way via UPS. I guess the default changed without my paying attention (since the price stayed the same) and everything comes USPS via Cornerstone Logistics now, including my Stay Puft.
Shipping has always been $8.70 for a GB, Oversized JLU, etc. sized figure. Tax not included. When I switched to UPS Ground Standard, it went up to $13.15. ith more taxes, since Matty charges taxes on shipping. For a GB sized figure, I would pay $4.80 more per figure with shipping and taxes added in.

Yikes!
If that DCUC subscription goes through, I'm gonna have to place close attention to the shipping charges. That could really add up quickly.

Yeah, I just recently realized the "U SPS Ground" default, so I switched Egon to regular UPS shipping and it was friggin' $5 more! That's just crap. I'm not prone to just foam-mouthed complaining, but I know it wouldn't cost me $13 to ship one packaged figure from here to CA, so I'm having trouble choking down the "handling" cost DCL must be adding in. Disappointing.

It was pretty easy for me...added 1 Man-E-Faces and then 1 Beast Man and got done within 6 minutes. Now let's see the shipment go from Ontario, CA to Sparks, Nevada to whereever else before circling back to Los Angeles

I thought about getting Man-E, but in the end decided not to. The Giant looked interesting, but unlike Gygor, he isn't a must have. So I get to save some money this time around.

I picked up a GL three pack. Everything moved pretty smooth. I had logged on and signed in an hour prior though.
