They ARE made for 5-9 year old kids.
But I like the style. And they are DC characters. Pretty much any toy of a DC character and I'm going to want to buy it.
I can't get them all, but if they are easily available in stores, chances are, I'm picking them up.
Plus, my son will like them. So that is always a bonus.

I find it funny that all the fisher price Hawkman figures have him wearing a shirt/vest of some sort yet they have topless figures in the pirates and underwater sets.

You know, I could understand Wonder Woman not being in the line as there were no females in any of the Imaginext lines *until* Catwoman got released, now it makes no sense that we've got Catwoman and not Wonder Woman (or Supergirl and Batgirl - Wonder Woman and Batgirl being included in the Little People line make it even harder to understand). Aquaman being MIA is also a huge "what the...?" considering all of the sea creatures already made that could be packed with him. For that matter, where are Captain Marvel and Green Arrow and Plastic Man (all at least as well known as Hawkman)? Lex Luthor?... Bizarro?... Sinestro?... (and I don't mean in a GL uniform, either!)

I am also wondering if we will ever see the John Stewart figure played for the Oa playset. I am shocked there has not been a Lex Luthor or Bizarro. Aquaman is also one that I am shocked they have not milked previous sea releases. I mean they turned jungle tracker thing into a Joker mobile. On a side note saw Kmart ( I think) has a new Batcopter repaint exclusive with a little GL land rover.

Bring on a Wonder Woman! The minute I seen the GL set with the jet I immediately thought that that would make the perfect invisible jet! No brainer.... The sets half complete.

Hey gang,
I think some of us are getting our lines mixed up.
The HeroWorld brand (the topic of this thread) is more of a 5" action figure line with some accessories.
The Imaginext line is a much deeper character roster that is only starting to include females with Catwoman. I would think that will be the line most likely to get a Wonder Woman. I'd be immensely surprised if we ever get any females in the HeroWorld brand.

I think if we get ANY chick in the Hero World, it'll be WW! And that jet is IDEAL!!!! he'll do it as a TRU exclusive!!! I think it really would just make the most sense for everyone! LOL
But yes, if they did WW for Imaginext, the Robin/GL jet cast in clear plastic would work too!!!
And I, like others, scream for an Aquaman set. All those sea creatures (Squid, shark, whale, etc) are a no brainer!

Made a mini-toy run last night and picked up the Cyborg with ATV, GL Tomar Re with Space Pod, and Kilowog with Police Bike.
My son was bashing them into each other almost before I got them out of the box.

Cyborg is in Kmarts, and the GLs are in TRUs.
Consistent with the other sightings of these figures so far.
They aren't marked as Exclusive on the packaging, but for now they seem to be.
