I just picked up Captain America: The First Avenger and I have to say that he's the best looking figure I've seen in a long time. The sculpt and paint are statue quality. The articulation is the best I've seen coming out of the MS line. Thanks to him I think I'm gonna have to complete the Avengers line.

This guy is miles ahead and looking back at Hasbro's 6" toy.

I don't usually buy figures from the movies as I like to stick to the comic interpretations. However, I love Captain America and I have debated picking this up. You may have convinced me to buy this one. I will definitely give it a 2nd look next time I am at the store.

I'm in the same boat as you. This Cap and ToyBiz's Spider-Man 2 figure from 2004 are the only ones I like and have. Well, the Spider-Man belongs to my son but I still like him. I'm putting together an Marvel Select Avengers collection an this was the best looking Cap out of the whole bunch. The detail on this guy is amazing. The eyelets for his boots are even painted. And his shield is the best looking one I've ever seen. I had to cut the short strap for his hand to make it fit on his left arm too. But anyway, I think he's definitely worth it.

WOW, I think he looks great. Given the way mainstream have caught up price wise to MS I might be going with this line. The nice thing about these is I can pretty much pick these up anytime I want, unlike mainstream exclusives that are here one day and/or gone/clearanced thanks to poor distribution.

I will always prefer DCUC and ML to the DCD and MS but this Hulk was nice!

Great figure and the more you post the more I want to track these down Too bad Hulks hands don't open up so that he could bounce Loki around like a rag doll lol. I'm definitely thinking if I do track these down eventually I am getting the MS Hulk.

That is the only saving grave of the 6" Avenger Hulk in my opinion, an open hand that and I think he could wear Killer Croc's torn up white shirt! But I'm happy with the Marvel Select Hulk.

Hmmm...I wonder if one of the old ML(Toybiz) Hulk hands would fit on the MS one? Regardless, great pictures. I wonder if DST is going to do a modern Cap?

For anyone wanting to give their MS Avengers Hulk a more crouching pose you can slice off about 1mm off the front of the hip and it will give his legs another click forward. You may also want to spread his legs out first in order to avoid scratching the legs up with the exacto knife. Anyway, on to Hawkeye! Anyone know when he's coming out?

I just picked up Avengers Movie Hawkeye today. He's just as articulated as the MS Amazing Spidey except the wrists. Glad I got him.
