Does anyone out there think that the SOPA bill, if it passes, would have an effect on some of the content of this site? I mean does the copyright infringement issue extend to custom figures. Most customs are copyrighted characters, so do we as a community risk jail time for posting our creations?

I seriously don't see how making a custom and posting a picture of it is infringing any copyright. It's no different then when a kid glues wings on a GI Joe figure.

The same can be asked then about Deviant Art and all the art based on copyrighted material. There comes a line.

If something like posting pictures of customs became an issue with this... then I would have to reconsider the country I live in very carefully.
