2012 update!I'm in again guys and working a little harder on it this year due to a more stable work situation. My intention is to update this first post with anyone else's details as well if they're in (I've removed Ben for now as I'm not sure yet if he's in this year). As a mostly male-centered forum this is a good opportunity to raise awareness of mens' health, so I'm hoping that those of you who can will join in. Let the painful soreness and uncomfortable bristling begin! Hi all
As I did last year, I will be participating in Mo-vember, where men grow a moustache throughout November in order to raise money and awareness for support of male-specific cancers.
Usually sporting a full beard and moustache, I will be shaving clean for the 1st, then growing back just the moustache throughout the month, as will thousands of my colleagues around the world.
I'd like to encourage people to join in. I can confirm that it's a lot of fun, especially if a group of you are doing it together - you can point and laugh.
The site is http://www.movember.com and my own donation page is http://mobro.co/JosephThrossel
Give it a try.Jo Donation links:Me: http://mobro.co/JosephThrossel

As I ALWAYS have some form of facial hair, this is a no-brainer for me. I'm signing up now. I'll try and post some pics throughout the month (I'm really bad about that) and let you all have a nice little vicarious experience through me! ... and here's my link: http://mobro.co/bnjmnrlyr

...and I'm shaved.
Has anyone else joined in? Add your donation link into the thread if you have and I'll collate them all in the first post.
I have a photo up in my mospace - I won't post it here, it's a little too terrifying for most.
Jo

Shaved this morning and posted a pic of the "babyface" me on my Mo-page.
It will be nice to not touch the razor for a while ...

Hey gang, Im actually not participating this year.
In part because I am tied into other charities, and in part because I am currently working on a Santa beard for the end of the year and I'd hate to lose it this late in the season.
I'll try to put in a donation for you (I still approve the cause after all), but I'm not a Mo this year...

I didn't end up doing it this year, but we have a team here at work participating and 2 of my employees are on the team (and I took the group photo). If you want to have a look and drop a few bucks for the Electronic Arts Los Angeles team here's the link - http://us.movember.com/team/573121We are competing against the other North American EA studios this year.
