I dont ever remember seeing this supergirl in any comics, at least the new repaint has been seen a few times Yes, but only because I like the Linda sculpt better. I don't really care for the head sculpt on the Kara version. And the paint on Kara's face is overdone, imo. I understand your desire to remain true to the DC universe, but that doesn't trouble me as much.

This is a very strong wave , it will look dazzling at retail. I like the DCD sculpts a little better, and there's some flaws-I wish they'd do a slimmer Dick Grayson and Tim Drake Red Robin. And what's with the villains in this line? They have names like "Superboy" and "Supergirl" it would be nice to get some oldschool, classic DC villains (I know, classic stuff is for the subscription)-- but these are all recognizable names and a fine selection. I'll only be getting Red Robin though.

Beyond that, I don't care. Good. Shellhead's in then.

folks I'm not a fan of the New DCu however when I found out that New Superman had airtime I was THRILLED, however judging from the picture is hard to see the detail on the figure I hope the CBR pic is not final version because what really entices me a a fan of DCUC is the detailing on Superman new suit, hence the cyber suit look, so please I pledge to Mattel, yes make New DCu Superman, but do it right!!!!! Pretty please!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

the fact that we have 2 waves and no REAL villains is kind of sad. And yes, if these DCnU figures do not have all the detailing on them, then I'm calling this line DOA by wave 4.

I always wished that Dick Grayson would take this costume and become Robin again. (sigh) I liked Red Robin's costume better when he was called Dr Midnite.

I really don't see the difference between the two costumes. I'm sure this was a slam dunk in Mattel's mind. A super-easy (and extremely lazy) repaint, to get a fan demanded character out there.

Much stronger than wave 1, though still lacking in villains. I'll definitely pick up the Flash figure. It's a little odd that they opted for an adult Red Robin rather than the teenage Tim Drake. Perhaps this means there will be more Kingdom Come figures, or even a "New 52" Red Robin later down the road.

Count me in for Superman, Flash and Red Robin. I like the Flash and Batman redesigns best in the New 52, so I'm glad to get him. And he will be my stand in Wally, like a lot of you have said.

Another example of why Peter David is awesome. I'm not getting that Supergirl repaint, but I may get the Red Robin. I love that design.

I think those costume lines are going the way of the dodo anyway. Sure Lee draws them but how many other artists are going to keep the line thing going(with deadlines, different artistic styles).
