Went to the $ dollar store to try to find these things I use for energy Blasts, but they haven't had them in 3 years they said...but I found these translucent Ninja 2 pks. of various colors. They are horribly cheap but I couldn't resist buying 3 2pks to get the Translucent Swords: Green for Green Lanterns, Yellow for Sinestro, Red, Blue, & Purple to be announced (meaning haven't decided yet!). But my favorite was the BLACK clear ninja Sword for my Shadow Thief !!! I will learn this new cheap camera to post pics but everything looks pretty blurry!

I took the blast effect from the new Captain Atom figure and used it on the TNBA Mr Freeze figure's gun

The image is Iron Monger from the IM2 line. The blast effects under him come 1 each with 2 of the classic comic designs for IM. He is supposed to stand with both feet on the 1 blast base. It doesn't work very well because the feet/legs won't stay that close together, but as you can see, they work really well under the larger Iron Monger figure, as well as the Hulkbuster figure, so I started thinking, they might look good under the JLU/STAS Steel figure, as well as any other JLU armor wearing types like STRIPE or Rocket Red.

I use the blue electricity from DCUC Blue Superman (the hand attachment) for JLU Live Wire and the minimate Star Girl came with an excellent Cosmic Staff that I bought intending to make a Jack Knight custom, but ended up giving it to JLU Star Girl. I used the pocket heroes Starman’s Gravity Rod for a Ted Knight custom.

I'm using the Minimate Hawkman's mace and Stargirl's rod for my JLU display. Minimates does have some awesome accessories.

JLU 4 Me, that is so awesome! I have that force lightning lying around somewhere, now I need to find it for Livewire.

I think Luthor's gun might work well as a construct for Katma Tui (and other GLs) as well.
