If ... All ? What about when we get to issue 7 and they officially reveal the other 7 or so members? We know some of those would have to be subscription only (Element Woman).
To me, these are just costume variants. We already have the 'normal' costumes. No different than the Aquaman in wave 7 or the Hal Jordan in wave 17. I don't need them. Impulse purchase only. Now if they made Impulse, that would be a different story.

Nothing DC Direct puts out looks better to me and I really only care about the main 6, plus some of the high profile members who haven't joined yet. Cyborg will have to blow me away to consider that one.

BTW, WW's new costume looks good but I still think that the silver parts (but the bracelets) should be gold/yellow, it would make the costume look even better.

Why's that? They've already said that there will be a few women in the retail line this year - and we already know one of them is Supergirl. They're releasing Element Woman in Action League. I don't see any reason why they wouldn't put her in the retail line. I'd be shocked if they didn't eventually offer all of the more toyetic members of their flagship book at retail. Those are the characters they want to push.

Joel, why is it you don't like DC Direct? Is it because you like DCUC more? Or is there something specific you don't like about them? Personally, I love the Jim Lee, New 52 renditions of the JL that DC Direct is doing. If they hadn't been pushed so far back in production, I'd be opting for those instead of the DCUC versions. They're the truest to the aesthetic of those characters, and in typical DCD fashion, they're almost mirror images of Jim Lee's artwork. The obvious downside is the articulation.

I agree that they look absolutely fantastic. But I only have so much space to put things and only so much money to spend on things that I don't need, haha. If I wasn't so far invested in the DCUC aesthetic at this point, they may be a purchase. Or if I won the Powerball.

I just prefer the 4H style better. There's something about the DCD that look off to me.

Can someone much more computer savvy than I do side-by-side comparisons of the New 52 DCD and DCUC Flash and Superman? Please?

Hmm ... wow. When seen side by side like that the differences are amazing and make the DCUC figures look a little ... cheap ... in comparison.
Obviously, DC Direct is a bit closer to the source material and they are absolutely OK with every figure being a 100% sculpt (how does that work considering the production differences that must exist between the 2 lines with the price points still being fairly equal?), but Matty's offerings for those 2 figures just look so "slapped together" with any and all existing parts.
Barry's belt is wrong, his symbol is wrong, the shoulder-layering is non-existant, his head excludes the chin strap and the seam lines are "off" ...
Superman seems to be a bit closer, but without a better pic we can't tell how much of the "seam line" detailing exists in the costume and boots. Plus his head looks to "old" in comparison with the DCD figure and the way he is represented in the current books ...
I really didn't have a problem with the DCUC figures (and ultimately, I really won't pass final judgement until I can actually hold both figures in my hand and compare them physically myself), but if ever there was an argument for the DCD figures OVER the DCUC ... those pics are it.
