I'm only seeing two votes that are explicitly for Helena Wayne/Earth 2 Huntress, and I'm seeing 10 votes for Wally.

You're absolutely right on Huntress. I am such a huge JSA/Earth 2 fan I made a completely off base assumption about the unspecified Huntress votes. I've adjusted the count downward accordingly. Since most people are more familiar with the Helena Bertinelli version I'm considering any unspecified votes for the character to be that version.
Just double checked, and I'm still only coming up with 10 votes for Wally.

I checked Ra's a couple times and I see 12 counting the board member who just highlighted his picks from another board member's list, but I could be wrong. I also think Elongated Man has 9 instead of 10, but yeah, our different counts for Ra's, Wally, and Ralph don't change the top ten (except possibly for the order of two of them), so that's still something.

Ah that's it - I missed that because I thought he was just quoting. That definitely explains the difference for Ra's at least. Regarding Elongated man, I believe one voter specified the purple and white costume versus the classic red & black but I lumped them all in together. So that probably explains the difference there.

We need a third person to verify the counts...you know, like science and statistics and all that.

Anyone is more than welcome to. I did find the missing vote for Wally as well and I've updated my post. Apparently I can't count any better than Excel hahahaha...

There were SEVERAL characters who received four votes, so that's why I stopped at such an odd number of characters. Wonder if I should include those as well...

Sorry I've been away from this for a few days. Thanks for doing this. But we missed one of the criteria. I asked people to be specific about versions when listed and we lumped the votes together. It does not give an accurate picture.

That doesn't change the top ten much, aside from a couple of characters moving down a peg or two, but the characters who make up the top ten doesn't change. Looks like Red Robin and Huntress ach lose two votes for unspecificity and Elongated man loses a vote because the one guy wanted the alternate costume. Unless you want Elongated man thrown out these rankings because they weren't all specific about his outfit, the new tally is: Huntress - 13 Ra's Al Ghul - 12 Flash (Wally West) - 10 Elongated Man - 9 Vixen - 8 Saint Walker - 7 Red Robin (Tim Drake, pre-DCNU) - 6 Mera - 6 Ragdoll - 6 Mad Hatter - 6

My top 10 is:
1- Klarion the Witchboy & Teekl (Cat) 2- Anarky (Lonnie) 3- Captain Nazi 4- Flamebird (Bette Kane) 5- Batwoman (Kate Kane) 6- Murmur 7- Black Alice 8- Ragdoll 9- Onomatopoeia 10- Amanda Waller
The Line also needs villains, so there's my share.
_________________ Most Wanted (6"): Klarion the Witchboy & Murmur. Also want Anarky (Lonnie), Captain Nazi, Flamebird (Bette Kane), Batwoman (Kate Kane), Ravager (Rose Wilson), KGBeast
