Those are some sweet pics. I already have the whole wave plus the Iron Man variant on pre-order from BBTS, but I'll still be looking to pick up extras at retail.

I was thinking abut starting MLs but after the pics, no way. The scales are just too off for me. I can afford to fix MU scale issues but not MLs. The size being bigger makes the custom price almost twice the amount and would not be worth it. I will buy an occasional BAF off ebay if the BAF is justiable as a BAF when compared to MU scale but I don't see that happening since we have Gigantic Battles in MU. I personally don't see MLs BAFs going past the scale of 10" unless they increase the wave count.

Okay, I've been a bit out of the loop apparently. What Iron Man varient? And secondly, those Japanese smiley things in the review Superfly posted are kinda freaky. I'm in for most of them. I really want to ignore Ghost Rider and I have a deal for Hope's BAF piece. Anybody want a Ghost Rider without the BAF? Or willing to sell me the BAF?

Terrax looks about as big a Thor. Or should I say as small as Thor? I was hoping that the BAF was going to be something that was too big to fit into the standard packaging. I hardly think he's worth collecting the whole wave. Even though I have the Marvel Select Thor I still might get this one because of the increased articulation and Steve Rogers because I don't have him. The others can R.O.P. (Rest On Pegs).

That's a shame about Terrax's size. Everything else looks fine, though. Thor looks only a little bigger than his older version. Shellhead wrote: Okay, I've been a bit out of the loop apparently. What Iron Man varient? I was wondering the same thing. Back when I placed the preorder for the case of 8, the second IM was listed as "variant". Now it's listed as "Iron Man x 2". I think BBTS may have just jumped the gun initially. EDIT: And I am dead wrong about that. Looks like the variant is yet another stealth armor repaint. http://www.ebay.com/itm/Marvel-Legends- ... 0700599644

They're not out in retail yet. They're not even on Walmart's planogram for their reset. But they are starting to pop up overseas on eBay.

I don't expect to see them on the pegs until late-February. Wouldn't mind being pleasantly surprised, however.

Seeing all these loose pics isn't helping my worries that Extreemis Iron Man is just gonna be too small. And that Thor is too big.
But I am really excited about getting my favorite toy line back, and I'll be picking those up to find out for myself. And if I get Iron Man home and find out he needs to be a little taller, well, my dad's got this awesome set of tools. I can fix it.
Oddly enough, Hope and Ghost Rider really really look nice, and although I was not planning on getting them, I might when I see them on the pegs lookin sweet.

Huh. I didn't know about the Iron Man variant. I have a case on pre-order at BBTS, so maybe I will get lucky and that will be my second IM in the case.
They look okay. I could care less about Ghost Rider (I wish they'd remake the blue one with a normal head) and Hope (who?), but Hope gives me hope (grimace) that we will continue to see nice female head portraits, the one thing Hasbro has absolutely KILLED Toy Biz on.
Actually, I am not that thrilled to get Constrictor either. In general, it is a bit of a blah wave. No revelations there, as these have been shown for a while, but I was hoping I would be more exited by now and I am not. I will get the wave and see where it goes from there.
It helps that I will basically be moving most of my DCUC dollars back to Marvel (Legends).
