[Mods: if this thread needs to be relocated then feel free to do so, I just wasn't sure exactly where to put it] Can't believe no one has commented on this coming out of Toy Fair: http://toynewsi.com/news.php?catid=10&itemid=18315Yup, that's right, Batman, Superman, and Wonder Woman Spuds! Sign me up now. Any others that people know of for any of the rest of the "geek" properties?

Well of course there were the 11 different Star Wars ones--Vader, R2, C3PO, Clone Trooper, StormTrooper, Fett, Luke, Leia, Han ,Yoda, Chewie (some Disney Exclusives) Indiana Jones Spider Man Optimus Prime Iron Man Taz, Bugs and Daffy (in the new Looney Tunes Cartoon Style) Kiss and Elvis
I think there might have been a Bumblebee, Thor ,Captain America, and Hulk (not 100% sure on these)
And then Disney Parks exclusive (Once Upon a Toy stores )-- has the parts for probably another 15 characters or so- -including Mickey, Donald, Goofy, Peter Pan, Captain Hook, Woody, Buzz, Tinkerbell, Malificent and a bunch more

Yeah, thanks for listing all those ones that have already been out. I know I've seen them here and there, but to get it all together like that in one big list is pretty impressive. But I was actually asking if there are any other NEW ones coming out. Are there new spuds in the works for any other movies this year or was there anything else shown at TF '12? But, again, thanks for the list ... i've gotta start paying more attention it seems....

Woody and Buzz can be found at TRU, there was supposed to be one for Jessie (announced as the first licensed character for Mrs. Potato Head) but I've never seen one.
Wolverine and Hulk were both announced a few years ago, but I don't think either one of them was ever released. Bumblebee was released, but I don't remember seeing Captain America or Thor.
NFL, MLB, Wizard of Oz, Star Trek, KISS and Elvis MPHs are all made by a company called PPW that has a license to make MPH from Hasbro (like USAopoly makes all the regional and some licensed Monopoly, Clue and Yahzee sets). The DC characters look to be from them because all of their MPHs have a full body with them, not just feet (or like the newer ones from Hasbro, pants). The ones this company makes are also about half the size of a normal potato head and the faces are all one piece. The size difference is what kept me from getting a KISS set when they came out a couple of years ago, but the DC characters probably won't...
(BTW, Ben, I'm moving it to the Hasbro forum since MPH proper falls under Playskool even if these are from a third party)

Forgot about the Stooges (but those are from PPW, too) and SpongeBob (he's Hasbro, seen him at TRU, also). I haven't seen anything about new ones so far, but Hasbro doesn't seem to be pushing them like they were. I think retailers are a bit skitish of them considering how long the Indys and Optimuses sat in the clearance aisles.
Oh, and then there were the Toy Story Mr. and Mrs. Potato Heads which were really licensing in a circle... And Thinkway Toys had a full-size TS3 talking MPH that did look just like the movie character and had Rickles' voice and would fly apart sort of "at will" if I'm remembering right... (really wanted one of those but couldn't pull the trigger on the $50 price point)
