Blah! Dana is going to be a statue with a cut waist joint and the first figure of the DCUC sub in April is the one I don't really want -- Atrocitus (If this is old news, I didn't know). I hope Metron comes in April, as mentioned elsewhere.
I knew it wasn't looking good for Dana from the Toy Fair shots, but I was still hopeful of a regular articulation. At least knees and elbows. And shoulders and neck (which she may have; I dunno!).
Oh, and Batman Legacy will continue throughout 2012! Yay!

Now that she's down to just her waist (which is more a byproduct than a point of articulation), I don't think I can buy her. Admittedly, I already wasn't terribly tempted anyway.

Quote: 5.) Anthony Spiccoli asks: Hello Matty,Do you regret trashing the DC Universe Classics Line at retail? Especially now that you see the numbers that Hasbro is getting with the Marvel Legends. Their first wave has already surpassed the first 2 DCUC waves combined in the first week of official release. Of course Marvel Legends is an established brand itself so it shouldn’t be directly compared to the first months of DCUC, but that’s a different topic for a different day. Basically I’m asking if you think that the “DCUC All-Stars” will be able to complete with the Marvel Legends, your now direct competitor? With the quality of plastic getting cheaper, and removing the collect and connect pieces, how can you justify the rise in MSRP? I wasn't aware that Hasbro gave out sales figures. What a strange way to introduce what ended up being the final question here.

Maybe I'm wrong (and I've just seen it talked about her) but hasn't that Watchmen question been asked about a dozen times?

I realize before I was confused about how this works, such as when 5 sites ask the same question in a given week. And maybe the other sites don't reference back and forth as much as we do here. But I just find it odd that the people who submit the questions from these sites submit questions that have been answered and addressed multiple times. Oh well.

I think that it's some sort of hope that the answer has changed since the last several times a question was asked...
Not sure that it's any worse than Hasbro's Star Wars Q&As in that sense. (At one point they finally told the sites to stop asking about the Tonikka sisters because Lucasfilm told Hasbro to stop asking if they were available)

Squeaky wheel Worked for Swamp Thing And isn't Jay Garrick the April figure? Not Atrocitus

BeeDub, originally the April figure was going to be Jay but for whatever reason it appears they've been switched and Atrocitus is now the April figure.

Which QnA was that? I missed it. In the AFI one they say that the plan is for Flash and Metron to ship at the same time

JULY?! He didn't even get pushed back a month, instead they hot shot the two least wanted figures of the whole sub to the front of the line up. Bleh

Disagree. I'm very much looking forward to Artocitus. He's probably second on my sub list right now.

He just made up a fact about ML outselling DCUC 2 to 1. And I would like to know why "plastic is getting cheaper." (boldfaced lie #2) Matty, stop answering douchey comments like this.
